Welcome to the LogViewPlus support forum!
We started LogViewPlus over 6 years ago and from day one we received a lot of support email. We love helping customers get the most out of LogViewPlus, but we also know that people like to find answers themselves.
There is a lot of repetition in the support questions we get over email. People frequently ask a variation of a question that has been asked before. We have tried to address the common issues in our documentation, but it can be difficult to search and navigate. The documentation is also not great at getting information out regarding problems in recent releases.
Hopefully, this forum can help. I imagine it will take a while for the community to build, but I am looking forward to getting started.
