After license renewal can't add new machines

After renewing the "License Pack," we have been unable to add new machines since November 25th. Each attempt results in an error message stating: "License not valid on this machine."

We have followed the usual procedures for adding machines under this license, but the issue persists. Could you please assist us in resolving this matter?

Also I checked licence key, and got such message:


But I had invoice which was paid at 8th of November

Hi,

If you use the contact us page, you can contact us privately with your email address and we can discuss.  I suspect the problem may be that you are using your old registration key rather than the new key provided for your renewal.
