I can manipulate simple "Time Offset" to a single file. but how can I use this in a "Quick Merge File"?
For example, my log file was split into different small file based on time-based policy / size-based policy, how does your "Time Offset" help me?

Hi Jim,
Time offsets are applied on a per-file basis. If you have multiple files that need to be offset, they will need to be offset individually. Merging files does not automatically apply an offset.
The best way to apply an offset to a collection of files is to set the offset when opening the files.

Hope that helps,
Toby

Hi, would be awesome if the offset could be applied to multiple times at once. I usually have multiple files in a collection which need to be adjusted. Unfortuantely the offset only applies to a subset of the files and is not always the same. We had that discussion earlier, where the offset was in a different format than your currently supported ones.
Thanks! Regards Henning

Thanks for the feedback.
The best I can suggest is to open the target files at the same time and use an offset. I am not sure how widely useful it would be to be able to manage multiple offisets simultaniously, but it is something we will keep in mind.
Thanks again,
Toby
