If you have a workspace with merged log files and you closed the original log files in the view to have a cleaner view, and then you save and load the workspace again, the merged log file views are all gone.
2. When you save and open a workspace the order of tree elements changes. This is very confusing if you have a lot of open log files.
3. This is more like a feature request in combination with 2. It would be very helpfull to be able to manually reorganize the order of log files in the tree view.

RE: Issues with Save / Load Workspace

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for the feedback.

> closed the original log files in the view to have a cleaner view

We have had feedback about "cleaning up the view" from several different users. This is a +1 to that feature request. I think we can do a better job here and I will look into it for the next release. This work should include a solution that works with workspaces.

> This is very confusing if you have a lot of open log files.

I can look into this. It makes sense to maintain the order if possible.

> It would be very helpful to be able to manually reorganize the order of log files

This is another good idea - thanks! I agree it would be helpful if you can do this. It's a little tricky because we already define a 'merge' operation for drag / drop, but I will see what we can do.

Thanks again!

Toby
