Compare with WinMergeU

Hello everyone,

I have installed the 2.4.18.0 release together with the 2.16.4.0 version of WinmergeU.
In the command section, I put the path to WinmergeU to be used as a comparison tool.
But, the "compare entries" option is still greyed out.

Am I missing something obvious? Do I need to edit any setting in WinmergeU?

Interesting. I have not had anyone ask for that functionality before.

To compare two log files, I suggest you open them in WinMerge directly. If you are trying to compare two filters, you will need to save each filter to a file first and then open the files with WinMerge.

I didn't realise that you need to select the entries, I was trying to compare two full logs.
Is there any way to do that?
Or do I need to select all the entries and then select the compare entries?

Thanks for the detailed bug report.

I just tried to recreate the issue using the versions described. Everything seems to be working correctly on my end.

Do you have multiple log entries selected? The command is not enabled for single selection.
