Yes - LogViewPlus can be installed silently.

To do this:
1.  Open a command prompt with Administrator privileges.
2.  Execute the LogViewPlus installation with the /qn parameter which is shorthand for quiet, no UI.

For example:
logviewplus_setup_3.0.22.exe /qn
