Thanks for reporting this Daniel.
Windows reads these icons from the executable. I suspect there may have been an issue within Windows related to the fact that the executable was -just- installed. Maybe a caching or threading issue within Windows? Maybe it was trying to get the icon from the old executable which was just removed? If it is a Windows issue, I don't think we can do much on this one.
I will keep an on this to see if I can recreate.
