Endless loading of Workspace

I opened around 10 ~100MB files and an SQL connection to a database. Then Merged all files and applied a filter. Then I save the workspace and when I try to reopen it, the program seems to load the files without end. Nothing happens. In the task manager I see the program is using 100 CPU and also memory.

Hi Blaž,

Thanks for reporting this issue.  It sounds like maybe there is a deadlock when loading the workspace.  Can you please download and install the latest BETA release (v2.4.41)?

Does the latest version have the problem?  If so, are you able to reproduce it consistently?  Are the 100MB log files local?

I could open with the latest version.

Consider adding the include beta versions in the check for updates option.

Thanks for letting me know.  Hopefully, this resolves the issue, but it is also possible that the problem is intermittent.  Please do let me know if you have any further problems with this.

"Check for beta" is a feature that is on our backlog.  Thanks for the suggestion.
