Thanks for taking the time to evaluate LogViewPlus.

Rules are disabled because rules are always based an underlying filter.  First create a filter, then you will be able to create a rule.  The rule will apply only to log entries in the filter.

I am not sure why the logger filter is disabled.  How did you define your log parser?  If you included the logger specifier (%c) in your parser configuration, it should be enabled.  If you define the Logger column with a string specifier (%s{Logger}) it will be disabled.
