I use that feature in Notepad++ as well.  You are right - it is very useful. 

I guess I had never considered it before, but it should be pretty easy for us to add something similar in LogViewPlus.  I will take a look and see what we can do.

Hello,

I like the application but my bread and butter is still Notepad++ for a very simple reason: I can highlight some text (for example, double-clicking on something will highlight everything to the nearest whitespace, e.g. a whole word), and it will automatically highlight every occurrence of that selection visible on the screen. This is mega useful for pointers, checksums, tracing calls that match entry/exits etc.

I would humbly suggest that in the lower pane, which shows all the source text selected in the log entries, such a feature would be very useful.
