We have log files with the same name formats but different parser specifics. Is there a way I can use different parsers for the same log file names? I'd like to see the program try out automatically which one is correct for the give log file name format.

There is no way to automatically detect the log file format beyond using the file name.  However, you can manually select the parser you want to use when opening the file.  Please see the Parse Settings documentation.

The problem with auto-detecting the format based on the file contents is that you would likely have false positives where a match is found - but it is not the optimal match.  Also, there would likely be performance implications.

Hope that helps,

Toby
