Create a Custom Report
LogViewPlus makes it easy to analyze your data and create custom reports. This video gives a brief overview of how this is done, but it is worth spending some time to learn about some of the underlying features that work together to make this possible. We use Message Parsers to extract data from a log entry message, LVP SQL to transform the data and the Dashboard Report Wizard to create a report.
In the next video, we discuss how to add a SQL drill down query which will apply a SQL Filter when a report item is clicked.
