You can also check the status of your license key.
Your validation says: "The license key is valid, but support expired on 14 Nov 2025. New installs prohibited." Well, I don't want to re-install the software, I want to continue using it, on the same machine but with a different name. And your excuse is: I am forced to re-install when I change the machine name!???
Basically, it is not about the $11.25, if it was clear from the beginning on that your license model is basically a subscription model, which, despite many excuses, is simply not seen as such.
